1. Agreement
By using Grexivo's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and others who access or use our services.
2. Our Services
Grexivo provides professional AI automation services including custom AI chatbots, AI calling agents, workflow automation, and website development. The specific scope of final deliverables is agreed upon in writing before work begins on any project.
3. Payments
Setup fees are required before work begins. Monthly maintenance and license fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in temporary service suspension until the account is brought current.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely business information required to build and train their AI system. Clients are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of information their AI provides to their customers based on the data provided to us.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI systems, custom code, and automation logic built and maintained by Grexivo remain the exclusive intellectual property of Grexivo. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the system for as long as their monthly retainer is active. If the monthly retainer is cancelled, the system will be deactivated.
6. Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a project. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once processed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Grexivo is not responsible for any business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages resulting from AI system downtime, technical errors, or AI output. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI behavior can occasionally be unpredictable. We will always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the AI systems will be revoked at the end of the final billing period.
