Question 1

How much does Grexivo cost?

Accepted Answer

Grexivo has a Free tier (100 conversations per month, 1 seat, Grexivo branding), a Pro plan at $29 per month (1,000 conversations, 3 seats, no branding), and a Business plan at $79 per month (5,000 conversations, 10 seats, custom widget domain). Start free — no credit card required.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Under 2 minutes. Sign up, copy the script tag from your dashboard, paste it into your website before the closing body tag, and the chat widget is live. No code to write, no servers to configure.

Question 3

Can I use my own AI backend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your own n8n or compatible webhook in Settings. The widget sends visitor messages to your webhook and renders the response. If you don't configure a webhook, the widget appears but doesn't reply.

Question 4

Do I need to change my existing tools?

Accepted Answer

No. Grexivo is a script you paste on your existing site. It works alongside your current CRM, calendar, and email tools. If you connect a webhook, you control what happens with the data.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

The Free tier is free forever during the beta. You get 100 conversations per month, 1 seat, and a fully functional chatbot with Grexivo branding. No credit card needed to sign up.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

There's nothing to cancel on the Free plan. On paid plans, you can cancel anytime — just remove the embed snippet from your site and your subscription stops at the end of the billing period.
